We here at BackstageOL.com are REALLY excited to announce Phase Two of our local music competition “Kickstart Your Band!”
IF you are a band or solo musical act, we invite you to compete for a chance at MAJOR exposure playing on the BackstageOL.com Stage at the Houston Symphony’s ‘Day Of Music’ happening Saturday, July 12 at Jones Hall.
Here are the details:
SUBMIT – Send your music submission to [email protected] via DropBox, a quick YouTube (or other video based service) clip of your musical style or links to your online artist pages (ex. ReverbNation).
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS FRIDAY JUNE 20 1159 PM CDT
JUDGING – A panel of judges will select five finalists who will then move on to the online voting round at BackstageOL.com
YOU will choose who plays the BackstageOL.com stage at ‘Day Of Music’ Saturday, July 12 at Jones Hall in Houston, Texas.
Voting will take place online from Monday, June 30 to Wednesday, July 9 1159PM CDT.
