The top 12 “American Idol” guys, including Joshua Ledet from Westlake, La., compete to be a part of the top 13 overall singers roster.
Ledet, who auditioned in Galveston, is the only remaining singer from that audition site still competing to be the next “American Idol.” He earned high praise from “American Idol” judges Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler.
The judges also brought back Jermaine Jones as a 13th male competitor, but whether her and five of the other guys not survives depends on the audience vote.
