Luke Evans Talks ‘Professor Marston And The Wonder Women’

Evans explains what it was like to play Dr. Marston.

BackstageOL’s Dave Morales sat down with Beauty and the Beast star Luke Evans in this backstage interview to talk about his role in the true story of Professor Marston and the Wonder Women.

In the film, Evans portrays Dr. William Marston, a Harvard psychologist and inventor, who created the fictional character Wonder Woman. The actor shared what it was like to play a real person and the research he did to prepare.

The film’s synopsis:

The unconventional life story of Dr. William Marston, Harvard psychologist and inventor, and the relationship between his wife and his lover, who became her lover after his death, that inspired the iconic super heroine Wonder Woman.
