THE LOST CITY OF Z: Charlie Hunnam Talks Losing 35lbs, Dangers Filming & More!

BackstageOL’s Dave Morales sat down with Charlie Hunnam in this backstage interview to talk about his role in the upcoming biographical adventure The Lost City of Z, directed by James Gray.

In the interview, Hunnam shared the dangers while on set of the film, the amount of weight he had to lose after filming King Arthur, what it was like to portray real-life British explorer Percy Fawcett and more!

Synopsis:

At the dawn of the 20th century, British explorer Percy Fawcett journeys into the Amazon, where he discovers evidence of a previously unknown, advanced civilization that may have once inhabited the region. Despite being ridiculed by the scientific establishment, which views indigenous populations as savages, the determined Fawcett, supported by his devoted wife, son, and aide-de-camp, returns to his beloved jungle in an attempt to prove his case.

    It is great to see Hollywood delving into the mystery of what is hidden in the Amazon,which brings it to the populous of society and the unknown be known through a movie..Amazing!!!!
