Avengers: Infinity War is going to be loaded with superheroes!
During a Facebook live stream, Vin Diesel, who plays Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy, revealed that the Guardians of the Galaxy will be in the third installment of The Avengers titled Avengers: Infinity War.
“The Guardians will be included in Avengers: Infinity War, and that’s incredibly exciting,” Diesel said as he discussed how he became a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Diesel will also be reprising his role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 alongside Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, and Bradley Cooper. The film is slated to be released May 5, 2017.
Avengers: Infinity War is expected to begin production this November and is currently scheduled to hit theaters May 4, 2018. It is currently unclear if all of the Guardians of the Galaxy will appear in the film.
