‘Game Of Thrones’ Concert Tour Coming 2017

The music from HBO’s hit show Game of Thrones is headed from the screen to the stage.

On Monday (August 8th), Live Nation announced their partnership with HBO Global for the 28-city Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience.

The concert – which kicks off on February 15th, 2017 at Kansas City’s Spring Center – will include live music and scenes from the Emmy Award-winning show, with Thrones’ composer Ramin Djawadi on board to lead a full orchestra, choir and musical solo performances.

“For seven years, Ramin has been blowing our mind with his music’s force, subtlety, and endless inventiveness,” said Game of Thrones creators/executive producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. “The Concert Experience will be unique in the history of concert tours, an eye-popping, ear-splitting, phantasmagoric blend of the show’s visuals and Ramin’s powerful compositions.”

To announce the news, the USC marching band marched down the streets of Hollywood, with several fans in attendance, as they played Game of Thrones’ theme song.

Tickets go on sale on Live Nation on August 13th. Check out the tour dates below!
