Tim Tebow Eyeing NFL Comeback

Although Tim Tebow has accepted a job as an analyst for the SEC Network, the former NFL player still has not given up his dream of being a NFL quarterback again.

FOX’s Phoenix affiliate caught up with Tebow, who has been spending his time working out at a gym in Scottsdale, Arizona and going to Los Angeles to work on his skills and conditioning with quarterback guru Tom House.

“I feel great,” Tebow told the station. “I feel the strongest, healthiest, throwing the best I ever have. I’m just really excited about the improvement.”

“One of my favorite quotes is ‘I don’t know what my future holds, but I know who holds my future.’ And in that, it gives you peace to just continue to work, go after what your heart desires and when you do that, you don’t have any regrets. I think that’s the best way to live life,” Tebow added.

Tebow was let go by the New England Patriots before the beginning of last season and has not started in a game since 2011 when he was with the Denver Broncos.

Tebow permitted the station to film part of his workout, which can be seen below.

Tebow is clearly still in great physical shape, but most analysts believe he does not have what it takes to return to the NFL.

If an NFL team does decide to give Tebow a chance this season, Tebow reportedly has an out-clause in his contract for his SEC analyst job that would allow him to play.
