“American Idol” season ten finalist James Durbin visited Houston where he freely spoke of the dilemma he faced trying to audition for the show and the effect that teen bullying has had on his music.
The Texas Crawfish Festival will take place in Old Town Spring for its final weekend and Filter (known best for the song “Take A Picture”) and native Austin band Fastball will perform Saturday.
Creed will perform two shows in Houston at the Bayou Music Center (formally Verizon Wireless Theater) on Monday, April 30 and Tuesday, May 1. The band will perform the entirety of the 1997 album “My Own Prison” on Monday and the entirety of the 1999 album “Human Clay” on Tuesday.
Two favorite classic Disney movies, “Bambi” and “Beauty and the Beast,” will be placed back into the Disney vault on Monday, April 30.
