Judd Apatow Slams Bill Cosby with ‘Tonight Show’ Stand-up

On NBC’s The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, comedian and director Judd Apatow preformed a stand–up comedy routine in which he took aim at the actor and comedian Bill Cosby by doing impersonations of him during his bit.

This is not the first time that Apatow has impersonated Cosby and has even written tweets directed at the comedian and the rape allegations made against him. Cosby has had over 40 women accuse him of drugging and raping them while they were incapacitated, which apparently has been going on since the 60’s.

A release of 2005 court document shows that Cosby admitted to buying Quaaludes with the intent on giving them to women. In a recent statement following the release of the documents Apatow said, “Maybe now more people in show business and all around our country will stand up and tell the people he attacked that we support you and believe you.”

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine when asked why he was so active on Twitter against Cosby and why he though the sexual assault charges stuck to Cosby he had this to say, “I think people don’t seem to want to believe women who are attacked. I don’t know if it’s that we just don’t want to believe terrible things happen, especially we love are accused – like, How can my favorite person in the world do it?”

As of yet Cosby has not directly addressed Apatow on the accusations or the harsh jokes that are being made towards him.
