Lindsay Lohan, the ever troubled child star, is back in the spotlight again. The 26-year-old began her 90 day court ordered lockdown in yet another rehab center on May 2.
During an interview with Pierce Morgan for the Daily Mail, Lohan admitted, “I’ve been court-ordered to do [rehab] six times. I could write the book on rehab. Constantly sending me to rehab is pointless. The first few times I was court-ordered to rehab it was like a joke, like killing time.”
Instead of rehab Lindsay would rather spend her time working with children.
“I think there are other things I could do instead of going to a rehab center that would benefit me more,” Lohan added. “The best thing they could do for me would be to make me go abroad to different countries and work with children.”
The actress, will continue her stay in the Betty Ford clinic until July 31, 2013. She is hoping to begin working again once she’s released.
