The third episode of Loki is 2 days away and viewers are already coming up with theories for what’s to come. As you may know by now, episode 2 introduced us to Lady Loki and she has become a fan favorite already. Sophia Di Martino plays the variant they have been chasing through time. Marvel just released a new poster featuring the villainess herself sparking conversation that she will play a major role in the rest of the series.
Marvel has posted a variety of snippets showing the altered timeline so it’s safe to discuss, even if you aren’t fully caught up on the previous episodes. Fans are beyond excited, speculating that this is the potential start of the long-awaited multiverse in the MCU. While we initially thought we weren’t getting this type of story until the Doctor Strange sequel, it appears Marvel Studios has something up their sleeves.
The immense success of Loki also lead the studio to switch their new showtime to Wednesdays instead of Fridays as it was for their previous two shows. It’s safe to say that these Disney+ series have serious power and a lot of potential in the future of Marvel. While Marvel Studios was known for their blockbuster films, Kevin Feige and their team have now expanded to dominate the world of television series.
