Alden Ehrenreich has skyrocketed to stardom in Hollywood after securing the coveted role of Han Solo in Solo: A Star Wars Story, thanks to his critically acclaimed performance in the Coen Brothers’ Hail Caesar and as Warren Beatty in Rules Don’t Apply.

The 28-year-old actor talks to BackstageOL about his intimidating meeting with Harrison Ford, learning to speak Wookiee and how he had to keep his Grandma from leaking Star Wars secrets.

The film’s synopsis:

Board the Millennium Falcon and journey to a galaxy far, far away in Solo: A Star Wars Story, an all-new adventure with the most beloved scoundrel in the galaxy.
