‘Doctor Strange’ Casts Blu-ray Spell In February

Sherlock Holmes doesn’t need Dr. Watson to clue him in on how popular Doctor Strange was when it was playing in theaters in the fall of 2016. Why? Because Sherlock Holmes is Doctor Strange! Benedict Cumberbatch joined the lucrative Marvel Cinematic Universe when he played the titular role in a film that grossed more than $650 million worldwide.

Now it is coming to home video on February 28 in various formats, all containing otherworldly special features that give us a deeper look at a doctor that does more than make house calls.

According to the official press release, the comic book blockbuster will boast more than 80 minutes of extras, including five behind-the-scenes featurettes, five deleted scenes, hilarious outtakes, part two of the comical mockumentary “Team Thor,” audio commentary, and an exclusive look at the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Look for retailer exclusives that will likely include extra special features, steelbook packaging and more!

Here is a breakdown of what will be available with the Digital HD and Blu-ray releases (the DVD will not include bonus material):
