First Look: The Griswolds In ‘Vacation’ Reboot

The reboot of the 1983 classic National Lampoon’s Vacation will be in theaters later this summer and we have a first look at Rusty Griswold taking his family on a trip to his favorite childhood vacation spot, Walley World!

Rusty Griswold (Ed Helms) is taking his wife Debbie (Christina Applegate) and their two boys on a cross-country trip back to America’s “favorite family fun park,” Walley World. Last week Warner Bros. released the official Vacation family portrait which includes Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo reprising their roles as Clark and Ellen Griswold in the new sequel.

New photos show Rusty and Debbie stranded in the Mojave Desert with their two boys, a childhood memory Rusty should be very familiar with.

Chris Hemsworth will also star in the film, however, there is no word on whether or not Randy Quaid will be reprising his role as the crazy cousin Eddie in the Vacation reboot.

Vacation is set to release in theaters July 2015.
