Quentin Tarantino can realistically choose any actor he deems fit for his movies. He has recently collaborated with Brad Pitt, Bruce Willis, Robert De Niro, and Leonardo DiCaprio.
But who is next in line…?
Our sources tell us it could potentially be Johnny Depp, most famously known as Jack Sparrow! But can it really be so…? Tarantino and Depp on the same team?
In a recent interview with PBS talk show host Charlie Rose, Tarantino revealed that he and Mr. Depp have had prior discussions about making a movie together.
“We would love to work together… We’ve talked about it for years. Not that we get together and talk about it for years, but from time to time. We’re obviously fans of each other. It just needs to be the right character. I just need to write the right character that I think Johnny would be the right guy to do it with. And if he agrees, then we’ll do it. And then it’ll be magical. I haven’t written the perfect character for Johnny Depp as of yet. Maybe someday I will, maybe someday I won’t. We’ll see.”
Even though Quentin seemed a bit uncertain, it’s not unlikely to see magic made between the two superstars in the coming future. But unfortunately for us movie lovers, it doesn’t seem like it’ll be happening any time soon.
