We have your first look into the terrifying and chilling trailer for the remake of Poltergeist.
Poltergeist, the 1982 Tobe Hooper horror classic, gets remade by legendary filmmaker Sam Raimi and director Gil Kenan. The reboot follows the classic tale about a family whose suburban home is invaded by angry spirits.
The trailer gives us a first look into how the family is terrorized by the noisy ghosts in their new home just like in the original film, but with modern-elements. Poltergeist stars Sam Rockwell, Rosemarie DeWitt, Jared Harris and Kennedi Clements.
Poltergeist will open in theaters this summer.
