98 Degrees Test Reunion Tour With Summer Show

The 1990s American boy band 98 Degrees will reunite for one performance this summer. The group is testing to see if there is any interest in doing a full tour.

98 Degrees (Jeff Timmons, Justin Jeffre and Nick and Drew Lachey) will perform together at the Summer Mixtape Festival in Hershey, Pennsylvania, on August 18.

“We miss the rush of being on stage together and performing together. Certainly the fans have been clamoring for it, so it just felt right,”Nick Lachey told Ryan Seacrest on KIIS FM radio show.

The group gained popularity in the late 1990s during the boy band explosion and went on hiatus in 2002 to pursue solo projects.

Other 90s boy bands like Backstreet Boys and New Kids On The Block had success by joining forces in 2011 for a worldwide tour and compilation album.
