BREAKING: Kanye and Jay-Z Feud Over “Watch the Throne” Tour

Production delays have set back the release of the Kanye West and Jay-Z’s highly anticipated collaboration album “Watch the Throne” for months now and already there are problems with their upcoming tour of the same name.

According to the New York Post, Jay-Z and Kanye cannot agree on the amount of production to incorporate into their upcoming tour that’s suppose to kick-off on Sept. 22 in Detroit, MI.

Kanye West apparently wants to have a flashy show that would cost up to $400,000 per night, whereas Jay-Z wants the show to be on a tighter budget in order to pay back the long-term advance from Live Nation.

I would have to agree with Jay-Z on this. After seeing the extremely expensive productions of Lady Gaga’s “Monster Ball Tour” (which made little money due to costume costs) and U2’s “360 Tour” (costing over $750,000 a day) I can understand why Mr. Carter wants to cut the cost to ensure a higher profit. More profit equals more money in their pockets.

What it really comes down to is Kanye’s artistic vision versus Jay-Z’s business sense.

What side are you on? Team Kanye or Team Jay-Z?
