1984

Soul singer Jackie Wilson died at the age of 49 after being in a coma for 8 years. Wilson suffered a massive heart attack while playing a Dick Clark show at the Latin Casino in New Jersey on September 29th, 1975. He fell head first off the stage while singing “Lonely Teardrops,” and remained in a coma until his death 8 years later.
