The Miami Police Department is now investigating San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, wide receiver Quinton Patton, and Seattle Seahawks receiver Ricardo Lockette for a “suspicious incident” that occurred earlier this month.

The police report, according to the Sacramento Bee, says that the incident occurred April 1st when a woman went to Lockette’s apartment in Miami late at night. Kaepernick and Patton were allegedly there, and according to the report, the victim was told to drink the shots and take a “hit” from a bong which contained marijuana.

The woman became light-headed and reportedly went into the bedroom, where Kaepernick  allegedly later joined her and began undressing her. Both had a sexual relationship in the past, however, she states that she and Kaepernick did not have sex that night before he left the room.

The police report states that the woman yelled at Patton and Lockette  to ask where Kaepernick was when they peeked inside the bedroom. The next morning, she woke up in the hospital not knowing how she got there. She reported the incident to Miami police on April 3rd.

Kaepernick has yet to respond to the allegations and was reportedly seen with a smile on his face “partying at a Miami nightclub early Sunday morning.”

General manager for the 49ers, Trent Baalke, released the following statement to TMZ that, “The 49ers organization is aware of the recent media report regarding Colin Kaepernick and is in the process of gathering the pertinent facts.”

TMZ Sports was first to report the story, and the Miami Police Department later confirmed it.
