Wrestlemania 32: Undertaker and Shane McMahon Set to Main Event

Wrestlemania 32 is turning out to be one of the most controversial WWE pay-per-views to date. With the loss of several superstars such as John Cena, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, and Cesaro due to injury, it’s difficult to pin point which match will steal the show and which superstar will rise to the top in the grand daddy of them all!

Yet the WWE has been known to have a trick up their sleeves. The addition of The Rock is sure to raise some eyebrows (the peoples eyebrow per say), with no clue on what he will be doing at Wrestlemania. Being that this years event is being held in Dallas, TX, rumors have swirled around that an appearance from Shawn Michaels or Stone Cold Steve Austin is in the books. As fans of wrestling, one can only speculate until Wrestlemania 32 airs live on April 3, at 6 pm CST!

Here are our predictions:

WRESTLEMANIA 32 PRE SHOW

The Dudley Boyz vs. The Uso’s

It was great heel turn for the Dudley’s, cementing their hardcore background and giving The Uso’s a major push as a tag team. Both teams have been at each other for weeks, from insulting the Samoans brother’s father (Rikishi) and cousin (Roman Reigns) , to putting each other through tables. The only way I see this ending is with The Uso’s pinning the former ECW stars and putting them through a table! Devon and Bubba Ray have already cemented themselves as one the best tag teams in wrestling history, it’s the Samoans turn to get that push to be on that level themselves.

Projected Winner(s): The Uso’s

Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal (Participants TBA)

The Andre the Giant has had some memorable moments. This moment should be given the Wyatt family. Bray Wyatt doesn’t have a great Wrestlemania record, yet he is still a fan favorite. His feuds with Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker, and John Cena has catapulted him to being a force of fear. I cant see anyone else taking on this honor!

Projected Winner: Bray Wyatt, with the help of the Wyatt family

Total Divas: Natalya, Paige, Brie, Alicia, Eva vs. Team BAD: Lana, Naomi, Tamina, Summer, Emma

This match carries some emotional weight, being officially Brie Bella’s last match in the WWE. After her husband, Daniel Bryan, announced his retirement, Brie believed it was for the best to also retire from the business to care for Bryan and start having beautiful bearded babies. The Divas are sure to put on a show with huge pops for Brie and Lana during this match, but the spotlight will be on Total Divas.

Projected Winner(s): Total Divas with Brie Bella locking in the YES lock on Lana.

WRESTLEMANIA 32 MATCH CARD

League of Nations vs. New Day

The WWE Universe hasnt embraced the League of Nations gimmick since its inception. The team of Rusev, Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio, and Wade Barrett looks epic on paper, due to their talents, but it hasn’t clicked. The New Day is another story, their work as a heel in wrestling has been a marvel to look at! Even though they are labeled as bad guys, fans can’t help but cheer for them. A tag team hasn’t been this  fun to watch since The New Age Outlaws. This match is a toss up, but the match is going to make New Day pure baby faces and make the League of Nations a force in the WWE tag team division

Projected Winner(s): The League of Nations, with New Day cleaning house at the end of the match.

Kalisto (c) vs. Ryback United States Championship

Kalisto has been a great champion during his run, but WWE has been working on Ryback being a top tier guy. Back when Ryback gave advice on Kalisto going solo and dropping his partner Sin Cara, fans saw that this was a different Ryback. In order to be a superstar you have to offer more than brute strength, and it looks like the WWE are pushing him to be more than that. Kalisto has had a great run, but Ryback is coming away with his Wrestlemania moment and a heel turn.

Projected Winner: Ryback

Kevin Owens (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler, Sami Zayn, The Miz, Stardust, Sin Cara, Zack Ryder Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match

The ladder match has been a staple for Wrestlemania. Now Kevin Owens must defend his title with six other competitors. The two names that really stand out as true competitors are Dolph Ziggler and Sami Zayn. Ziggler is one of the superstars who everyone likes, but has never been considered as top tier talent in the WWE, regardless of his great talent. Sami Zayn is a wrestler who is transitioning to the main roster, being in WWE NXT for so long. Every other wrestler will have his moments and pops, but the match is surely to go with one of those two competitors.

Projected Winner: Sami Zayn, Zayn and Ziggler fight to reach the top of the ladder with the other claiming the gold.

Chris Jericho vs. A.J. Styles

AJ Styles is sure to be a grade A star in the WWE. The versatile wrestler will take one of the legends of pro wrestling in Chris Jericho. Jericho has been used to push other wrestlers during his later years, and after this match its sure to push Styles to on the level of Dean Ambrose or Roman Reigns.

Projected Winner: AJ Styles

Charlotte (c) vs. Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks Divas Championship Triple Threat

The majority want Sasha Banks to win, I don’t think it will come to that. Banks is labeled one of the best WWE Divas since Trish Stratus, but that shouldn’t take away from Charlotte or Becky Lynch. Charlotte has carried the title like a true heel should, but without the help of her father Ric Flair. Not only does the title change hands, but it will cause Charlotte to drop her father in the process.

Projected Winner: Becky Lynch, creating an epic feud with Sasha Banks for future pay per views.

Brock Lesnar vs. Dean Ambrose No Holds Barred Street Fight

Dean Ambrose is playing Brock Lesnar at this own game. Lesnar has the strength to knock out the “Lunatic Fringe”, but everyone knows Ambrose is willing to go the extra mile to wow fans and win a match. I can see Dean knocking out the Brock to win, but I can also see Lesnar over powering  his opponent to get the one, two, three.

Projected Winner: Lesnar, there’s nothing wrong with losing to Brock!

The Undertaker vs. Shane McMahon Hell In a Cell*
* If McMahon wins, he will control Monday Night Raw and Taker will not fight at WrestleMania again.

This will be the main event! What has fans on the edge of their seats isn’t completely on who will win or lose, but how the story will end. Both wrestlers need to win, fans want to see Shane O’ Mac take control of RAW but they also don’t want to see another loss on Undertakers record.  This match is set up with surprises with the win going to the dead man!

Projected Winner: The Undertaker, but in a turn of events Shane still takes control of RAW.

Triple H (c) vs. Roman Reigns World Heavyweight Championship

The majority don’t like Roman Reigns getting shoved down our throats. Its as WWE Creative didn’t analyze the fact that we’re not completely over Reigns. Now the match is staged for  Roman going over Triple H to win the WWE Championship. Do I believe this happens? Yes! Do I believe people will boo? Yes! Will Seth Rollins come back to show Roman he’s coming for him? I hope so!

Projected Winner: Roman Reigns, with Seth Rollins showing up to spoil the festivities.
