Disney California Adventure Park $1 Billion Make-Over

Disneyland’s sister park Disney California Adventure Park located in Anaheim, California will re-open on June 15, 2012 after a $1 billion renovation.

The park will introduce two new lands to their guests including a 12-acre Disney Pixar’s “Cars” Cars Land, where you can visit Radiator Springs and Luigi’s Flying Tires and many more of your favorite Cars characters.

Bueno Vista Street with another new attraction that guests will experience as they walk through a remodeled main entrance that leads them straight into a 1920s Los Angeles experience. Guests can ride the Red Car Trolley and dine at Carthay Circle Restaurant located inside the famous reproduction of Carthay Circle Theatre where Walt Disney in 1937 premiered his first animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

As apart of their $1 billion park upgrade there will be more dinning and shopping selection throughout the park as well. This renovation is hoping to bring in more guests since Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park are located right next to each other.
