HBO Max App To Merge With Discovery

It has been confirmed that the HBO Max will merge with Discovery.

Last year, AT&T agreed to a deal to sell off WarnerMedia to merge wth Discovery for $43 billion. That deal, which is set to commence around the middle of April, will see the company renamed as Warner Bros. Discovery.

Discovery is currently making plans and preperations to merge Discovery Plus and HBO Max together with a form of bundling. The bundle is said to be a placeholder while the newly titled company deciphers the best way to merge the platforms into one.
