Kanye West Battery Victim Wants to Settle

The 18-year-old man who claims Kanye West beat him up in a chiropractor’s office last week says he is willing to settle the case for a ton of money in order to avoid a lengthy trial.

The victim’s lawyers called Kanye’s camp and expressed a desire to settle the case for several hundred thousand dollars, according to TMZ.  The 18-year-old victim is reportedly adamant that he does not want to face a public trial.

Maybe that’s because the reason Kanye allegedly attacked the young man was for saying a racial slur to Kanye’s fiance, Kim Kardashian, among other vile language.  Kim immediately told Kanye what the young man had said and he went nuts.  The rapper reportedly stormed into the chiropractor’s office and launched himself at the 18-year-old, punching him in the face without saying a word.  The young man curled up into a ball to defend himself while the office receptionist yelled for Kanye to stop.  She then reportedly ran over to Kanye to push him off the victim and told him to leave the office immediately.

The incident reportedly started when the young man was trying to help Kardashian into the building as they were being bombarded by the paparazzi.  The 18-year-old allegedly said a few racial and homophobic slurs at the photogs and Kardashian told him that language was inappropriate.  Then, he reportedly turned on her and said some racist remarks at Kardashian as well.

Eyewitnesses at the scene claim they say Kanye attack the guy, but that the victim doesn’t have an injuries.

Both sides are currently in negotiations to settle the case.
