Lady Gaga Sued Over Japan Charity Bracelets

According to Reuters, Superstar Lady Gaga is being sued by the Michigan legal network 1800LAWFIRM on charges of federal racketeering and consumer protection laws. The federal lawsuit was filed on Friday on claims that the pop star and other companies involved in the “We Pray for Japan” wristbands “overcharged buyers on shipping costs and ‘artificially inflated reports of total donations'”.

This is the not the first time that the new “Queen of Pop” has come across financial issues. In May 2011, the diva admitted to the London Financial Times that she has gone broke due to her lavish costumes and sets for her ‘Monster Ball’ tour.

There is no need to worry though. With Gaga’s 200 show tour raking in $225 million dollars and the success of her “Born This Way” album, ‘Mother Monster’ will soon be past the lawsuits and financial issues of the recent past and be back on top.
