Madonna Lets It All Out on Ellen

It’s “Madonna Week” on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, so it only deemed fit that Madonna herself would stop by to give a candid interview.

The show, which aired on Tuesday, March 17th, featured the Material Girl where she opened up about various topics, such as her recent fall at the BRIT Awards, working with rapper Kanye West, and her affinity for dating younger men.

Madonna said that she didn’t understand why people made a fuss over her dating younger men, saying, “People just don’t like it when I have fun.”

On the topic of Kanye West, whom Madonna described as “wild,” Ellen said that she thinks that sometimes Kim Kardashian’s husband needs to “zip it up.”

“I do think the entertainment business needs him,” said Madonna in West’s defense. “Because so many artists are so consumed with being politically correct all the time, and it’s really nice and refreshing, I think, to just hear people be honest, or even not honest, but just speak their mind.”

In addition, the pop star revealed that she’d like the paparazzi to follow her around more often, jokingly saying, “I think people should go more crazy over me.”

After the applause, she added, “Actually, I don’t have a life outside of working and taking care of my children. Honestly, I don’t really get a chance to go out and be bothered.”

Later in the show, Madonna performed her current single “Living for Love” from Rebel Heart.

The 57-year-old singer is set to take the stage on Ellen once more tomorrow with a comedy segment slated for Thursday.
