Justin Bieber Ordered for Second Deposition

According to TMZ, a judge has ordered Justin Bieber to sit through a second deposition for the assault case in Miami, with the same lawyer.

The singer is being ordered to partake in a second deposition due to the irate behavior he exhibited during the original deposition. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, a judge ruled that Bieber will be required to answer questions he refused to answer back in March, mainly question pertaining to Selena Gomez.

Named in the lawsuit alongside Bieber is his bodyguard, Hugo Hesney, whom the plaintiff claims assaulted him after the singer allegedly ordered him to steal the memory card from his camera.

The plaintiff claims the altercation caused him pain and suffering, bodily injuries and mental anguish. In addition the plantiff claims the incident caused a substantial increase in medical bills.

“Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one. He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber’s violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions,” said the plaintiff’s lawyer.

A date has yet to be set for the second deposition, but TMZ claims it will “absolutely be videotaped again.”
