Tracy Morgan’s Condition Upgraded From Critical to Fair

After being badly injured in a collision, the condition of comedian Tracy Morgan has been upgraded from critical to fail, his publicist said.

“Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is great improvement,” revealed Morgan’s publicist. “His personality is certainly starting to come back as well.”

Morgan was critically injured after a Wal-Mart truck slammed into the limo bus occupied by the comedian and four others while on the New Jersey turnpike. The collision took the life of comedian and mentor James McNair as well as injuring three others. The collision left Morgan hospitalized with broken ribs, broken nose and a broken leg.

Kevin Roper, the truck driver involved in the collision, turned himself into police the night of the crash and has plead not guilty to charges of vehicular homicide and assault by auto.
