Square Enix has finally released gameplay for the long-awaited new title Forspoken. In this new adventure fantasy-adjacent story, Frey Holland is trapped in the new world of Athia and must use her newfound powers to find a way home. Coming spring 2022.
Alan Wake Remastered
It’s official. Epic Games and Remedy are bringing the award-winning story of Alan Wake to the new generation of gaming with a remaster targeting enhanced environments and character models, 4k visuals, and its expansions on October 5th.
Tchia
Awaceb Studios has developed a colorful and artistic open-world RPG sandbox game. In this title, players can create songs on a fully playable ukulele, sail around the archipelago, and use their powers to switch places with friendly animals and woodland creatures. The cute factor is approaching a power level “Over 9000”. Coming 2022.
Wolverine
Although we were treated to an announcement trailer with no gameplay footage, the sheer possibilities of this game already leave many reeling. Insomniac, one of the best game developers in the world, are lending their talents to the gritty, gory, and action-packed character of Wolverine. What could go wrong?
Spider-Man 2
Insomniac is a busy, busy company. Remember ‘Wolverine’ that you just watched? Well, after shipping out Spider-Man: Miles Morales, (one of the best-selling games on the PS5 so far) they turn their attention to more Marvel heroes and villains. Their version of Peter Parker and Miles Morales returns to face off against the likes of Venom and more. Coming 2023.
God Of War: Ragnarok
Sony Santa Monica knows how to pack a punch. To wrap up the Playstation 2021 Showcase, they premiered the first trailer of God Of War: Ragnarok, the sequel to the 2018 hit God Of War. This entry looks to be more of the same as what made the original so popular. Ragnarok doesn’t stop there though. It looks to add some flair, story elements, and characters that no one expects, making this one of the most anticipated games in the next few years. Coming Soon.
