U2 and Karen O Will Perform at Oscars

U2 will be hitting the stage at the 86th Academy Awards happening next month. The Irish rock band is set to perform their song “Ordinary Love” from the movie Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, which is nominated for Best Original Song.

Karen O will also be performing at this year’s ceremony. The Yeah Yeah Yeah frontwoman will perform “The Moon Song” from the movie Her, which is also nominated for Best Original Song. The other Oscar-nominated songs in the Original Song category are “Let It Go” from Frozen, “Happy” from Despicable Me 2 and “Alone Yet Not Alone” from Alone Yet Not Alone.

The Oscars, hosted by Ellen DeGeneres, will be broadcast from the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center on ABC on Sunday, March 2.
