The 11th season of “American Idol” began with auditions in Savannah, Ga. and Pittsburgh, Pa. and plenty of talent impressed judges Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez, but as with all early audition rounds, as in seasons past, there were a few singers who stood out from the competition … for all the wrong reasons.
