Amish Mafia star John Schmucker has been sentence to three months in prison and a fine of $1,000 after his 10th offense of driving with a suspended license.
Schmucker’s is set to undergo his sentence on March 31st, but according to his attorney, the 29-year-old intends to appeal his ruling and request house arrest.
Charges against the star stem from incidents that accrued over a period of several years, with the most recent taking place in December of 2013.
At this time, its uncertain whether or not Schmucker’s sentence will have an effect on filming, but reportedly cameras were present at his the star’s hearing on Friday morning.
